Casino Virginia.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Where You'll Make an Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Develops best practice/sustainable full cycle hiring plans and strategies to attract active and passive job seekers </li><li>Effectively utilizes HR systems/applicant tracking system (iCIMS) </li><li>Utilizes quantitative and qualitative metrics to support timely sourcing, hiring, and team effectiveness. </li><li>Engages with HR Business Partners and Operations Leaders to develop specific targeted plans for sourcing and recruitment. </li><li>Provides guidance on local and regional workforce trends and competitive environment. </li><li>Partners with HR Shared Services to promote and showcase the Live!
