<p>Premier Health Primary Care Brown Street</p> <p>FT / 80 hours per pay period</p> <p>Summary of Position</p> <p>A Nurse Practitioner for Premier Physician Network (PPN) provides primary care services, including assessing and managing patients in the center following established standards and practices of the center and PPN.</p> <p>Nature and Scope</p> <p>Work effectively as part of a team.</p> <p>Have excellent patient relation skills.</p> <p>Have high productivity.</p> <p>Have continuous concern with quality.</p> <p>Willingness to follow standard practice of medicine.</p> <p>Adhere to office policies and procedures and all Federal, State, and Local billing requirements to include HIPAA Privacy and Security.</p> <p>Must understand and adhere to "incident to" policies.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ol> <li> <p>BSN required; MSN preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with active State issued licensure with no restrictions and Certificate to Prescribe.</p> </li><li> <p>Current Ohio licensure as a registered nurse.</p> </li><li> <p>Current Certification in field.</p> </li><li> <p>Current CPR/BCLS, ACLS or PALS certifications</p> </li></ol>
