Candidates who have previously submitted an application and were referred to the hiring manager are still being considered and do not need to reapply.?</p> <p>Raleigh Water is seeking a motivated individual to join our Maintenance team as a Part-Time Maintenance Analyst Planner to support the department's wastewater systems. </p> <p>The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.</p> <p>The incumbent will perform technical and analytical work focused on maintenance planning, data management, and performance reporting to support efficient and reliable utility operations by performing the following duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Gathers, compiles, enters, verifies, and maintains maintenance and program management data in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)</p> </li><li> <p>Performs routine analysis of workflow, asset backlog, maintenance activities, and process data; identifies performance gaps and opportunities for efficiency improvements</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares reports, charts, spreadsheets, operating procedures, and presentations; tracks benchmarks and key performance indicators and summarizes activity trends</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with maintenance planning activities, including job research, resource needs identification, scheduling, and prioritization of work</p> </li><li> <p>Supports annual budget development through data collection, analysis, and reporting; provides input on plan reviews and requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Manages and supports CMMS use within the assigned division, including coordinating and addressing training needs</p> </li><li> <p>Provides special project support to management and supervisory staff</p> </li><li> <p>Performs any other task in support of the Maintenance team</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <p>Associate's Degree or 2 Years of College in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and 1 to 3 years' experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field </p> <p>OR</p> <p>Any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted</p> <p>Computer Skills:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Software, Database software, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software, and data analysis or visualization tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, or similar applications.</p> <p>Licensing and Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid North Carolina Class C Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record, or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Maintenance Technologist Certification Grade III, or the ability to obtain within three years of hire </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to review processes and procedures, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings effectively</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to provide customer service, coordinate training, and work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and supervisory staff</p> </li><li> <p>Work is primarily performed in an indoor office environment and requires light physical effort consistent with standard office duties</p> </li></ul>
