We help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future-and get there.</p> <p>The Microsoft Sr. Sales Executive will work closely with local market teams, Microsoft leaders, and key stakeholders to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and ensure sustainable management of customer relationships. Specializing in one to two Microsoft industry segments, the Microsoft Sr. Sales Executive positions Slalom as Microsoft's preferred partner, adding value throughout the deal cycle and leveraging trusted Microsoft relationships to address escalations. In this position, you will play a critical role in driving net new business opportunities and executing comprehensive sales strategies. A successful Sr. Sales Executive will transform existing relationships into long-term champions of Slalom.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Carry a $10M+ sales quota responsible for originating and qualifying opportunities. </li><li>Originate 100+ Stage opportunities annually, above and beyond where existing local market GTM teams are focused. </li><li>Source Microsoft opportunities with higher win rates and larger first-year revenue compared to those sourced by non-Microsoft Sales Executives. </li><li>Achieve higher Customer Love scores with high-value Microsoft leaders and customers acquired by the Microsoft Sales Executive. </li><li>Act as the primary Slalom representative to high-value Microsoft leaders, differentiating from Partner Sales Managers who engage with lower-value Microsoft GTM functions. </li><li>Contribute to a $50M revenue impact within the first three years. </li><li>Serve a named role on the Sales team (e.g., Pursuit Lead, Relationship Lead) in over 50% of opportunities. </li><li>Focus on acquiring and managing new customer relationships and owning high-value and customer-focused Microsoft relationships such as District Managers, Account Managers, CPMs, and Business Development Managers. </li><li>Be an active pipeline generator, ensuring Slalom's Microsoft pipeline within a specific industry remains robust. </li><li>Maintain relationships with buyers or Microsoft sellers who directly introduce Slalom to buyers. </li><li>Transition relationships as appropriate to local market teams to provide the right level of account management and drive sales across all of Slalom's capabilities. </li><li>Develop and execute Microsoft go-to-market strategies that align with client business goals and Microsoft vertical goals. </li><li>Oversee the delivery of Microsoft solutions, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. </li><li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with Microsoft and key stakeholders to drive joint go-to-market initiatives. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level communication with Microsoft and key clients. </li><li>Present strategic plans, identify Microsoft strategy gaps, and explain performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. </li><li>Drive the strategic vision for Slalom's Microsoft business, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals. </li><li>Integrate Slalom's comprehensive service offerings into Microsoft cloud transformation initiatives to deliver seamless solutions. </li><li>Align Slalom's capabilities with Microsoft's evolving service offerings to ensure clients benefit from the latest advancements in cloud technology. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>A proven track record of building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues. </li><li>Strong work ethic and sense of urgency with a commitment to achieving results faster than competitors. </li><li>Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that drive business growth. </li><li>Relationship-building skills with a proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. </li><li>An influential approach and ability to ground opinions, maintain a strong personal stance, and demonstrate leadership in challenging situations. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to executive audiences. </li><li>Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams. </li><li>A deep understanding of business drivers, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, demonstrating exceptional business acumen. </li><li>A passion for innovation along with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. </li></ul> <p>Travel: up to 30%</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position, the base salary pay range is $123,000 to $234,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
