<p>Div. 153 Fort Myers, FL</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Responsible for providing estimating, project management and customer service for new and existing clients. Promote, estimate, and sell fire protection alarm systems, repairs, and upgrades to existing and new clients.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of Fire Protection contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies. </li><li>Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company offerings. </li><li>Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives. </li><li>Develop a positive ongoing relationship with existing and new customers, general contractors, and end users. </li><li>Estimate small projects including fixed price service as required in addition to large projects ranging from $100k-$1M+. </li><li>Manage projects as needed (i.e., change orders, field issues) and attend job walks and construction meetings as needed. </li><li>Ability to build new business associations / relationships and grow the Fire Protection Business </li></ul> <p>Experience and Qualifications</p> <p>5+ years Fire Alarm Estimating/Sales or equivalent experience. Familiar with reading blueprints, understanding current NFPA 72 standards and local codes. NICET II or III in Fire Alarms preferred.</p> <p>Computer Skills</p> <p>Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</p>
