<p>RECREATION ASSISTANT - CONCESSION STAND EMPLOYEE 4TH STREET PARK/LORIN FARR POOL</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Public Services</p> <p>DIVISION: Recreation</p> <p>WORK HOURS: Monday - Sunday (Flexible schedule - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned).</p> <p>RATE OF PAY: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience</p> <p>EMPLOYMENT MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. </li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to quality service. </li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. </li><li>Must have a Food Handler's Permit. </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Greet and assist customers with their orders. </li><li>Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards. </li><li>Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand area. </li><li>Restock supplies and inventory as needed. </li><li>Follow all health and safety guidelines. </li><li>Must be able to work nights and day shifts </li><li>It is preferred that individuals over the age of 21 have a TIPS (alcohol server) license. </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Work may be performed indoors or outdoors with a variety of conditions, including excessive temperatures and inclement weather.
