Not all classifications will be required to perform all job functions.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintains the appearance, sanitary condition, and cleanliness of plant buildings and grounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs dusting, wiping, polishing, washing, sweeping, and sanitizing.</p> </li><li> <p>Operates equipment such as riding sweepers, lawn mower, and small snow removal equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains area in a neat and orderly manner and reports work hazards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Eligibility Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have a high school diploma, GED, or pass a Combined Basic Skills Test</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work effectively and efficiently both as a member of a team and independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to follow written and/or verbal instructions with minimal supervision.</p> </li><li> <p>Dependable and reliable to show up for scheduled work shifts including overtime.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to wear required PPE at all times and always work safely.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand and follow UTLX operating procedures and policies based on safety and field training.</p> </li></ul> <p>Environmental & Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work indoors and outdoors, may be exposed to the elements.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical effort in lifting and carrying materials and attaching rigging devices.
