<p>Job Description</p> <p>Lead Identity & Access Management Engineer</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a Lead Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, modernize, and lead the evolution of our enterprise identity platform. This role will be responsible for architecting, securing, and optimizing our hybrid identity environment, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 identity services.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Identity Architecture & Strategy</p> <p>Serve as the technical lead and architect for Identity & Access Management across the organization.</p> <p>Design and implement a modern hybrid identity architecture integrating Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 identity services.</p> <p>Define and implement enterprise IAM standards, governance models, and security controls.</p> <p>Active Directory Architecture</p> <p>Conduct a full architectural assessment of Active Directory including OU structure, Group Policy design, security groups, delegation models, and domain health.</p> <p>Lead a strategic redesign and cleanup of Active Directory.</p> <p>Hybrid Identity</p> <p>Architect and maintain hybrid identity integration using Entra Connect and cloud sync technologies.</p> <p>Microsoft 365 Identity & Access</p> <p>Own IAM configurations across the Microsoft 365 tenant including Conditional Access and MFA.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>5+ years Active Directory experience.</p> <p>3+ years enterprise IAM experience.</p> <p>Strong Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 experience.</p> <p>#LI-KP1</p> <p>#LI-REMOTE</p>
