<p>About the Role: We are looking for a Retail Store Inventory and Logistics Lead to join our team for the opening of our Columbus, OH store. You will be responsible for inventory management including purchasing, receiving, stock room and floor replenishment, inventory KPI reporting, and back of house organization and cleanliness. You will provide customers with a premium experience through inventory availability. You value the process, organization, and making data driven decisions. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager. Located in Columbus, OH</p> <p>General Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Report to Store Manager</p> </li><li> <p>Build replenishment and floor set purchase orders</p> </li><li> <p>Manage shipments from PO to receipt to stock</p> </li><li> <p>Receive inventory and prepare for back stock and floor replenishment</p> </li><li> <p>Use key inventory metrics to advocate for assortment adjustments</p> </li><li> <p>Report out inventory KPIs</p> </li><li> <p>Keep a clean and organized stock room that allows for efficient replenishment</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with store events</p> </li><li> <p>Additional duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 1 year of retail inventory management experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of back of house experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience as store key holder preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to use data to drive purchasing decisions</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Microsoft Excel and Power BI preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Must be organized and clean</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to effectively and accurately complete POS transactions</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Stand for the duration of the shift</p> </li><li> <p>Move and process shipments</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift 50 lbs</p> </li><li> <p>Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Employee discount!</p> </li><li> <p>Working with a passionate crew of outdoors enthusiasts</p> </li></ul>
