<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Early Childhood Lab within the College of Education serves as a model site for training teachers. The Infant/Toddler Teacher responsibilities at the Early Childhood Lab are:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise 6-8 infants and toddlers in a classroom setting </li><li>Plan a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all the children. </li><li>Children are assessed by the teacher, and individual goals are incorporated into the curriculum. </li><li>The teacher collaborates with First Steps and families to provide services for children with and without disabilities. </li><li>The Infant/Toddler Teacher also provides a model classroom and is an active participant in observations by UK students and student workers. </li></ul> <p>Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
