<p>Come join our team in the role of Integrated Communications Leader! Corteva Agriscience is seeking a US Leader, Integrated Communications, as part of the US Marketing & Integrated Communications team. This role will create, manage, deliver and evaluate all elements of digital communications channels, tools, technologies and platforms in support of the U.S. commercial business. This role will work closely with Marketing Communications Managers, Marketing Portfolio and Product Managers, Global digital and IT counterparts, external advertising agency(s), and other key teams and individuals. This role has team leader and managerial responsibilities. Reporting to this role are individuals and teams overseeing strategy and execution of the following areas: email marketing, web user experience, social media, content, customer journey, data, customer segmentation, in-house agency account management, SEO/SEM, digital paid media and analytics/measurement. Targeted audiences include farmers, retailers, internal sales field teams, and marketing employees, channel partners and more.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and manage a team of employees in the areas of email marketing, web user experience, social media, content, customer journey, data, customer segmentation, in-house agency account management, SEO/SEM, digital paid media and analytics/measurement.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the marketing communications strategy and execution in digital communication channels by integrating with strategic communications teams and aligning to business goals and priorities including targeted geographies and audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Determine and maximize resources that include managing the digital communications annual budget that invests in tools and licenses, contractor support, mar-tech platforms and more.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and collaborate with the Global Commercial Effectiveness team and IT on initiatives that require programming development of digital platforms, tools, licenses, automation and more.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and adhere to data privacy policies and procedures and help maintain standards and governance throughout digital communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage user experience, standards and best practices for digital properties for employees, field sales and customer facing digital tools in accordance with global governance and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Use data and analytics including campaign monitoring, reporting and metrics to track and enhance digital communications for improved campaign design and delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with ad agency(s) partners and manage external vendor relationships for digital initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize Eloqua as a marketing automation platform to create and deploy targeted digital campaigns.</p> </li><li> <p>Engage in website strategy, design and content management.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing and/or Communications </li><li>Minimum 10 years marketing communications experience that could include ad agency, client side or combination of those experiences and more. </li><li>Beneficial to have experiences in web user experience, communications campaign plan development, customer relationship management tools, internet/e-business communications, paid media campaigns and marketing automation platforms. </li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills including verbal, written & presentation. </li><li>Experience in leading and managing a team. </li><li>Ability to define expectations, monitor details and progress, influence, persuade and negotiate to keep projects on schedule. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work with other teams to build and reach consensus and support. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage many projects and workstreams at one time and prioritize in a fast-paced environment demonstrating self-motivation and team leadership. </li><li>Ability to interface and provide clear direction to internal external partners such as ad agencies. </li><li>Some travel required. </li><li>VISA sponsorship and International relocation is NOT available for this position. </li></ul> <p>#LI-CK1</p> <p>Benefits - How We'll Support You:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Numerous development opportunities offered to build your skills</p> </li><li> <p>Be part of a company with a higher purpose and contribute to making the world a better place</p> </li><li> <p>Health benefits for you and your family on your first day of employment</p> </li><li> <p>Four weeks of paid time off and two weeks of well-being pay per year, plus paid holidays</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent parental leave which includes a minimum of 16 weeks for mother and father</p> </li><li> <p>Future planning with our competitive retirement savings plan and tuition reimbursement program</p> </li><li> <p>Learn more about our total rewards package here - Corteva Benefits</p> </li><li> <p>Check out life at Corteva! www.linkedin.com/company/corteva/life</p> </li></ul> <p>Are you a good match?
