Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, building relationships via phone and email.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve past-due balances by identifying root causes and partnering with customers on payment solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate account records, documenting collection activity and customer interactions.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams to reduce aging and minimize bad debt.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.
