Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:</p> <p>Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.</p> <p>MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:</p> <p>None, must become certified by ARDMS or ARRT or CCI within 6-month of employment.</p> <p>MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:</p> <p>None</p> <p>ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>BLS certified.</p> <p>Registered ARDMS, or ARRT and/or RVS/RVT (Registered Vascular Specialist) preferred.</p> <p>Business Unit : Company Name: Piedmont Augusta Hospital</p>
