Your work directly supports safe operations, uptime, and compliance-every day.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>Electrical, Controls & Automation Integrity</p> <ul> <li>Install, inspect, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and adjust: </li><li>Electrical power circuits and equipment </li><li>Pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, and PLC-based control systems </li><li>Maintain electrical switchgear and power distribution systems </li><li>Perform Inspection & Maintenance (I&M) checks across control systems </li><li>Evaluate, develop, implement, and maintain facility grounding systems </li></ul> <p>Preventive Maintenance & Reliability</p> <ul> <li>Perform preventive maintenance on: </li><li>Pumps, compressors, drivers, and auxiliary equipment </li><li>Conduct advanced analytical testing and troubleshooting on engines/compressors/pumps </li><li>Lead improvements and implement changes based on diagnostic findings </li></ul> <p>Safety, Compliance & Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Perform all work in compliance with company standards, procedures, regulatory requirements, and tariffs </li><li>Identify, report, and help correct safety and environmental concerns </li><li>Complete required documentation, records, and paperwork </li><li>Maintain Operator Qualification (OQ) for assigned covered tasks (as determined by management) </li></ul> <p>Teamwork & Site Support</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate/oversee construction or maintenance work completed by third parties </li><li>Maintain facility and equipment upkeep (including general housekeeping as needed) </li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people </li><li>Support non-traditional hours and callouts as operational needs require </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a technical field or related discipline OR (2) year minimum experience in related role </li></ul> <p>Experience & Technical Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Ability to understand and operate electronic test instruments </li><li>Strong safe-work track record </li><li>Experience preparing electrical circuit drawings </li><li>Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical blueprints and diagrams </li><li>Working knowledge using measurement tools (voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, oscilloscope, etc.) </li><li>Working knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) </li><li>Ability to estimate installation, operating, and maintenance costs for E&C systems </li><li>Ability to complete work with minimal supervision and meet expected timelines </li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Office 365, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to obtain/maintain required certifications for the role </li><li>Valid driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the company/insurers </li></ul> <p>Skills & Work Style</p> <ul> <li>Solid math skills and attention to detail </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication </li><li>Organized, self-starter, able to prioritize and meet deadlines </li><li>Team-oriented and dependable attendance </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li> <p>Journeyman or Master Electrician license</p> </li><li> <p>Oil & gas or midstream experience with instrumentation, electronics, and control systems</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding process controls and processing fundamentals</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working safely around:</p> </li><li> <p>Flammable gases/liquids and high-pressure systems</p> </li><li> <p>Medium voltage motors, pumps, reciprocating engines, gas turbines, compressors</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with industry compliance expectations (policies, tariffs, regulatory requirements)</p> </li></ul> <p>Working conditions & schedule</p> <ul> <li>Work environment ranges from office settings to outdoor/industrial sites, including inclement weather </li><li>Exposure to industrial hazards, noise, vibration, hot/cold temperatures, wet conditions </li><li>Travel may be frequent, overnight travel possible </li><li>Overtime and after-hours callouts may be required </li><li>Must carry a company cell phone and be available as needed for response </li></ul> <p>Physical requirements</p> <p>This role includes physically demanding work.
