This person will staff the front desk at both locations, working approximately 20-25 hours per week. This role is all about making a positive first impression, creating an upbeat, positive workout atmosphere, and ensuring the gym runs smoothly and is clean and organized at all times.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, provide excellent customer service, and assist members with their membership. </li><li>Use lead management software to nurture prospects, reaching out to new leads, following up with existing ones, and setting appointments for tours. </li><li>Conduct gym tours, enroll new members, make referrals to personal trainers, and track personal training requests. </li><li>Promote and provide guidance on value-added services, such as classes, the Snap App, MYZONE, Circuits 365, Fitness On Demand, and Evolt Body Scanning. </li><li>Help create print and digital marketing materials to engage members, promote the gym, and raise fitness awareness in the local community. </li><li>Help manage social media channels with regular posts about fitness classes, special events, value-added services, gym specials, and gym culture. </li><li>Maintain club staffing and group fitness schedules, making sure all shifts and classes are covered by appropriate staff members and instructors. </li><li>Conduct equipment orientations with new and existing members, and answer questions and assist with equipment as needed. </li><li>Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties, such as vacuuming & mopping, dusting equipment, cleaning restrooms & mirrors, emptying trash, etc. </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications:</p> <p>Professional, friendly, and excellent customer service skills.</p> <p>Passion for fitness and helping others succeed. Previous fitness and sales experience a plus.</p> <p>Experience using technology, social media, and Google productivity software.</p> <p>Current CPR/AED certificate.</p> <p>Compensación: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour</p>
