<ul> <li>60% Obtain medical histories and perform physical examinations in order to diagnose and treat primary care level health problems, as well as counsel patients regarding healthy lifestyle practices. Ability to document and maintain health related records in accordance with university procedures. </li><li>Ability to promote the health maintenance and wellness of students and staff through health counseling, screening and the development of health awareness programs and activities. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills in working with and educating a diverse university community. </li></ul> <p>Leadership:</p> <p>Responsible for directing and monitoring the work of students and/or temporary workers.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Light physical effort involving stooping and bending. Limited discretion about walking, standing, etc. and occasionally lifting of lightweight objects (25lbs).</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <p>Routine discomforts from exposure to moderate levels of heat, cold moisture/wetness, noise and air pollution.
