<p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvement strategies </li><li>Lean & Six Sigma Implementation: Utilize methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance efficiency and reduce waste </li><li>Data Analysis: Collect and interpret data to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (production, quality, supply chain, etc.) to implement process improvements </li><li>Project Management: Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception to execution </li><li>Establish 5S programs and Operator training to educate employees on best practices </li><li>Root Cause Analysis: Investigate issues, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence </li><li>Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure continuous enhancement of processes </li><li>Automation & Technology Integration: Identify opportunities to implement automation and digital solutions for process efficiency </li><li>Cost Reduction Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies to reduce waste, improve resource utilization, and lower operational costs </li></ul> <p>Must Have</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer </li><li>Bachelor of Science in a technical field is preferred. Will consider additional years of experience in lieu of degree </li><li>Demonstrated experience in working with operations to enable cost savings and product quality improvement </li><li>Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen </li><li>Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading improvement initiatives </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $46.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
