<p>About the Opportunity</p> <p>The Risk Analyst - Property/Casualty provides direct support to the Sr. Director of Risk Management related</p> <p>to the management and administration of WB Mason's Total Cost of Risk.</p> <p>Exciting Benefits of a W.B. Mason Career:</p> <ul> <li>Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Plans with $0 deductible (in-network) for all plans, with various plan designs to meet you and your family's needs </li><li>Company-paid Cell Phone Plan with unlimited text, talk and data; add a family member for only $55/month per line! </li><li>Superior Dental / Vision coverage, FSAs, free EAP, Company-paid life insurance, 401(k) and more! </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Claims Management and Administration:</p> <ul> <li>Auto Liability, Auto Physical Damage, General Liability and Workers' Compensation claim administration, reporting, trending and analysis </li><li>Establish monthly/quarterly loss reporting of claims; identify issues and trends </li><li>Investigate, process and track property damage claims handled outside of insurance program </li><li>Liaison with Fleet Management Department to ensure claims are reported and property damage claims are processed timely </li><li>Monitor and flag key risk indicators and implement corrective actions to mitigate/alleviate property/casualty claims </li><li>Attend quarterly Auto Liability, General Liability and Workers' Compensation claim reviews </li></ul> <p>Insurance Renewal:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update WB Mason's Schedule of Property values </li><li>Responsible for gathering insurance renewal documentation from internal stakeholders to prepare for submission to insurance broker </li><li>Prior experience with high deductible, loss sensitive Property/Casualty programs </li></ul> <p>Certificates of Insurance and other duties:</p> <ul> <li>Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) requests in accordance with specific insurance requirements as provided by customers/vendors </li><li>Administer Ohio & Washington Workers' Compensation state filings, quarterly reporting and payment of premiums </li><li>Vendor management/vendor credentialing </li><li>Maintain insurance payment schedule, premium invoice reconciliation and process risk management-related invoices </li><li>Review contractual insurance provisions to ensure compliance with customer insurance requirements and flag non-standard language to internal stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Enjoys working in a fast paced, high-volume environment with a keen ability to multitask </li><li>Analytics/data driven </li><li>Commercial Property/Casualty experience </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPointRisk Analyst- Property/Casualty </li><li>Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience</p> <ul> <li>BS/BA Degree </li><li>Minimum 3-5 years' experience prior risk management, insurance and/or claim experience </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
