Your human superpower? Using your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, fast formulas, configuration tables, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide expertise and guidance, gather detailed requirements, and translate them into Oracle HCM system configurations.</p> </li><li> <p>Create functional and technical design documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitates design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design based on Oracle processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Certified in Cloud HCM applications, and Payroll module.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 6 years' of experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oracle HCM Payroll Certification</p> </li><li> <p>Experience at managing a team and delivering projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Cross-Functional exposure to other HCM modules.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
