Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm</p> <ul> <li>This position is eligible for up to a $3,500.00 recruitment/retention bonus.* </li></ul> <p>The Clinical Supervisor, LPN is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care by supervising LPNs and clinical staff. This position involves monitoring and evaluating staff performance and providing guidance and feedback as necessary to maintain standards of excellence.</p> <p>Essential Functions include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise Medical Assistants and clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. </li><li>Monitor and evaluate the performance of LPNs, providing guidance and feedback as needed. </li><li>Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans. </li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies and procedures. </li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices. </li><li>Participate in staff training and development activities. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care and staff performance. </li><li>Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. </li><li>Assist in the recruitment, orientation, and onboarding of new clinical staff. </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!</p> <p>Annual salary range: $59,000.00-$72,000.00</p> <p>CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
