<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Initiates and pays jackpots and slot machine paper fills.</p> </li><li> <p>Redeems slot vouchers for cash.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide customer service by breaking bills, answering questions, giving directions, or requesting assistance; support all marketing initiatives and floor promotions.</p> </li><li> <p>Service slots by performing minor repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Direct and dispatch other team members to events identified by the slot dispatch system.</p> </li><li> <p>Observe slot play and assure Slot Department security.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of two years' experience required in a slot maintenance or similar field.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Detail oriented.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter with great organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>People smarts and strong interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive and works well under pressure in a fast paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>High degree of accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Must speak, read, write and understand English.</p> </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMAND</p> <ul> <li> <p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly standing, kneeling, walking, reaching, twisting, grasping, lifting, listening, using computer, telephone, and speaking.</p> </li><li> <p>Stand, sit, walk, bend (at neck & waist), climb, crawl, reach (above & below shoulder level), kneel, push/pull, twist (at neck and waist), and squat (as needed) for duration of shift, walking 2-4 miles during an 8-hour shift. Simple/power grasping, repetitive use of the hands and fine hand manipulation is required to complete essential functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Lift (to a height of 3 to 6 feet), grasp, or otherwise carry items and material weighing up to 100 lbs. or more.</p> </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS</p> <p>Work performed indoors, in climate controlled environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employee may be exposed to odor and secondhand smoke.
