Your responsibilities will encompass market data and analytics, compensation trend analyses, offer review, and annual compensation cycle administration and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with Business Leaders and ensuring a robust working partnership with HR peers, by offering guidance and continuous support on compensation-related matters and activities for the Consumer Branch network.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Support the end to end annual compensation planning, reporting, and administration support, involving global coordination across multiple clients and/or line(s) of business </li><li>Continually assessing market conditions and pay practices of compensation plans and programs </li><li>Participate on cross-functional project teams as appropriate to support alignment within the broader Compensation Department </li><li>Providing compensation consulting and thought leadership to business leaders and business unit functions in close partnership with HR Business Partners </li><li>Review and approval of offer packages to ensure the firm is following industry trends and compliance with guidelines </li><li>Leveraging partners and firm-wide resources to achieve desired outcomes efficiently and with consistency across lines of business, where appropriate </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors' degree with 3+ years of Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Finance experience </li><li>Exceptional/advanced Microsoft Office skills; PowerPoint and Excel </li><li>Strong technical skills including the ability to create presentations and analysis to convey complex metrics to senior leaders </li><li>Self-starter with desire to explore concepts and create data focused solutions </li><li>Proven consulting skills; ability to manage business goals through Human Resource/Compensation strategies and address issues/devise solutions with creativity and innovation </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal and external clients and colleagues </li><li>Well-developed analytical skills; strong planning and project management skills </li><li>Desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment; ability to work well under pressure and to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Good planning skills, with the ability to connect all related components </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Direct compensation experience </li><li>Business Objects experience </li></ul>
