<p>Title: Regional Asset Protection Manager - NE Region</p> <p>Location: Hartford, CT</p> <p>Travel: 25-50%</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt</p> <p>About the Role: We're looking for a seasoned District Asset Protection Manager to lead safety, security, and loss prevention across 25+ retail dispensary locations. This critical role will manage field security operations, investigations, compliance programs, and vendor partnerships while training teams and driving a culture of safety and accountability.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead asset protection strategy and execution across retail sites </li><li>Investigate theft, fraud, and integrity violations; partner with law enforcement </li><li>Oversee audits, risk assessments, and compliance initiatives </li><li>Manage security systems, vendors, and budgets </li><li>Deliver training and support incident response </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years in asset protection or security management </li><li>Strong leadership, investigation, and systems expertise </li><li>Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/military service preferred </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Tableau, etc. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Environmental Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs, stand/walk frequently, and work in confined spaces </li><li>Exposure to dust, pollen, plant pathogens, loud noise, and PPE-required environments </li><li>Flexible and adaptable to changing operational conditions </li></ul>
