It all starts with our purpose and then, The Five Below Way, which is our values and behaviors that each and every associate believes in.</p> <p>It's all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace!</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Design, Develop and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining application operations and services. </li><li>Define and communicate SLA standards. </li><li>Provide 24/7 365 availability and responsiveness to all operational alerts, and within agreed to SLA standards. </li><li>Develop, recruit, and manage a strong and highly effective team, where performance is measured by KPIs and Metrics </li><li>Ensure that proposed and existing systems architectures are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. </li><li>Provide service and process expertise, direction, and assistance to vendors, partners, and internal teams. </li><li>Negotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure optimal application operation services. </li><li>Analyze existing operations and make recommendations for improvements within the applications/products </li><li>Manage vendor relationships, service level attainment, and drive all providers to high levels of quality delivery based on company requirements including RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, and scope of work. </li><li>Ensure documentation of the companys existing services with vendors, partners, and internal team are up to date and maintained and make recommendations for improvements/alternatives and support long-term planning. </li><li>Manage on-call or availability for 24x7 emergency support. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>University degree in the field of computer science or information systems </li><li>10-15 years expeirence in IT operations, application management, or a related area. </li><li>Service management certifications are desired. </li><li>Proven track record of managing large-scale application environments and leading teams. </li><li>Experience establishing a 12-18 month strategy and ability to develop and execute operational strategies that align with organizational goals. </li><li>Experience with IT operations management, including managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) </li><li>Application support experience with mission-critical large-scale systems such as ERP, Warehouse Management, eCommerce, Mobile Applications and Point of Sale (POS) </li><li>Strong understanding of project management principles. </li><li>Experience in managing organizational change related to technology and process improvements. </li><li>Aility to gather and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
