<p>We are currently looking for a Forklift Operator/Material Handler</p> <p>Shift: 1st shift 5:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Thursday</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and supplies </li><li>Operate Forklift safely and efficiently </li><li>Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping or delivery </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock organization </li><li>Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse safely </li><li>Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards </li><li>Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes </li><li>Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items </li><li>Follow company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures </li><li>Assist with deliveries or customer pickups when needed </li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work in a warehouse or fast-paced environment </li><li>Dependable attendance and punctuality </li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn </li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team </li><li>Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday </li><li>Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is a plus, but not required </li><li>Forklift experience is a plus, but not required </li><li>3 - 6 months expereince - training provided </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift and move items over 50 pounds as needed </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday </li><li>Ability to perform repetitive lifting and movement tasks </li><li>Comfortable working in a warehouse environment </li><li>Ability to lift and move items up to 25-50 pounds as needed </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday </li><li>Ability to perform repetitive lifting and movement tasks </li><li>Comfortable working in a warehouse environment </li></ul>
