<p>The Refuge is seeking a full-time CEDS (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist) Therapist to join our team! This position will hold a primary caseload of eating disorder clients and conduct groups. We are a residential treatment center specializing in trauma treatment, substance use disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, and other mental health disorders.</p> <p>Primary Therapist Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct psychosocial assessment and develop an initial treatment plan </li><li>Conduct individual, group, or family sessions as appropriate for the treatment plan of the clients. </li><li>May assist in educating and training staff on behavior management or therapeutic crisis intervention. </li><li>Provide case management, discharge planning or after-care planning according to treatment plan </li><li>Facilitate therapy groups on weekly basis for clients </li><li>Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers always. When client needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints.
