<p>Job Location:</p> <p>Corporate Indianapolis</p> <p>Job Profile Summary</p> <p>This position focuses on managing the activities around strategy, design, execution, and operations of the corporate marketing scope of responsibilities for Field Marketing. The role works with other corporate marketing field leadership and field marketers in providing the oversight, detail, and documentation to keep our programs and strategic goals on track and providing us with insight on ways to improve planning, control, communications and performance. This position will collaborate closely with the Regional Vice Presidents of Marketing and operates under the guidance of the Marketing Operations Director. This role acts as a vital link between the Field Marketing Organization and the Field Marketing Leadership team.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic Planning and Analysis:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage presentation templates and frameworks, including key recap details and KPIs. </li><li>Create marketing presentations for internal and external use. Develop outline, gather and organize information, summarize into executive level presentation. </li><li>Review and manage Field recaps for quality, sharing, archiving, and sourcing purposes. </li><li>Review and sharing of Field Marketing best practices inclusive of subject matter suggestions and finalize field content for monthly marketing newsletters. </li><li>Oversee KPI tracking through audit completion, data quality control, and data analysis for reporting. </li><li>Assist with budget planning, forecasting, tracking and presentations. </li><li>Communicate project status and rollup details clearly and concisely. </li><li>Analyze and thoroughly review projects prior to submission. </li><li>Develop and maintain information documents requested by the region. </li><li>Manage FMCs, Field Marketing Communications, email system. Receive, interpret, draft, send and manage. </li><li>Serve as an advocate and liaison for Field Marketing to various corporate departments such as Brand, Digital, SBV, etc. </li><li>Manage the Field Marketing due dates and completion of tasks, ensure timeliness and evaluate and ensure accuracy. </li><li>Assist with new hire onboarding, training, and updates. </li></ul> <p>Operational Efficiency:</p> <ul> <li>Manage SharePoint file storage and catalog systems, including photos, decks, and recaps. </li><li>Consistently implement best practices across all regions. </li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards and audit requirements. </li></ul> <p>Administrative Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs of others, and identify efficiencies proactively. </li><li>Assist with managing calendars, booking travel, and processing expense reports for Regional Vice Presidents of Marketing. </li><li>Maintain Travel & Entertainment budget tracking for all Regional Vice Presidents of Marketing. </li><li>Coordinate regional calls, agendas, meeting notes, next steps, and follow-ups. </li><li>Process Coupa requisitions and invoices. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of experience operationally managing projects and supporting multiple senior-level individuals simultaneously. </li><li>Experience working in a deadline-driven environment. </li><li>Effective communication (verbal/written), organizational, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines and levels. </li><li>Background in Marketing is a plus. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint) is essential. </li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems (Monday.com and other Project Management tools). </li><li>Hours of work will be during either Central or Eastern time zones </li></ul>
