Join us to be part of a dynamic and impactful global company!</p> <p>Please visit us at www.v2soft.com to know more .</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>HR & People Operations:</p> <ul> <li>Lead US & Canada HR operations including policies, org charts, KRAs/KPIs, HRMS updates, and global HR coordination. </li><li>Manage employee relations, engagement, surveys, training, and recognition programs. </li><li>Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, compliance, and exits. </li><li>Respond to employee HR/Payroll/Finance queries. </li></ul> <p>Payroll, Benefits & Compliance:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee payroll accuracy (PTO, Benefits, Hires and Attrition) </li><li>Manage annual benefits renewal and benefits enrollment/exit. </li><li>Handle EEOC, ACA, immigration support, and legal HR matters. </li><li>Lead internal and external audits: 401k, UIA, MSP/Customer Audits, A/P, Benefits, Work Comp, CMMI/ISO/Eco/Diversity. </li></ul> <p>Operations, Administration & Facility Management:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee office facilities, supplies, shipments, vendors and administrative tasks. </li><li>Manage HR@ mailbox/JIRA tickets and ensure timely resolution. </li><li>Support finance with audits, check processing, scanning, deposits, and mail. </li><li>Partner with Sales/Finance on proposals, SOWs, contracts, rate changes, and app upgrades. </li></ul> <p>Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise HR Manager & HR Generalists; ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent HR operations. </li><li>Drive process improvements, new HR strategies, and operational excellence. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years in HR/Operations with leadership experience. </li><li>Strong knowledge of HR compliance, audits, payroll, and benefits. </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills. </li><li>Experience in multi location/global HR environments is a plus. </li><li>Excellent organisation skillsa nd multitasking </li><li>Global experience preferred </li><li>HR certification, Degree highly preferred </li></ul> <p>V2Soft is an Equal Opportunity Employer ( EOE).
