With recent advancements in Generative AI, it is now possible to deliver delightful customer experiences at a fraction of today's cost.</p> <p>Team:</p> <p>Maven has assembled a world-class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>As the Head of Sales Development, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), ensuring team KPIs are met and exceeded while driving strategic growth. You will play a key role in developing forecasts, refining operational processes, and optimizing the use of our tech stack. Your leadership will empower your team to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive pipeline growth within the mid-market segment.</p> <p>This is position is located onsite at our Boston, MA office.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage a team of SDRs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets, while providing coaching, training, and mentorship to develop their skills and drive performance. </li><li>Establish, track, and enforce clear KPIs for the SDR team, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are consistently met. Implement performance improvements as needed. </li><li>Work closely with leadership to create forecasts, track progress toward goals, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet revenue objectives. </li><li>Ensure the effective use of our sales and marketing tech stacks, including CRM, prospecting, automation tools, and reporting dashboards, to increase efficiency and maximize lead generation potential. </li><li>Work alongside Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. </li><li>Continuously evaluate and enhance the sales development processes to improve lead generation, outreach efficiency, and sales conversion rates. </li><li>Provide regular updates and reports on team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior leadership. Analyze key metrics to refine processes and strategies. </li></ul>
