Our platform enables faster, data-driven decisions across organizations, regardless of technical skill level.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Advanced Professional, GTM Communications to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will lead and drive strategic communications initiatives in support of Alteryx's Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships and Revenue Operations. You'll partner closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure that our GTM colleagues are informed with a clear & consistent voice, have easy access to the up-to-date information they need, and ensure message alignment across audiences.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly organized with strong communication (written and verbal), presentation design, and content management skills. This role will work collaboratively with our Corporate Communications team, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and GTM Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Revenue Operations Team.</p> <p>Here's How You'll Be Making An Impact</p> <p>GTM Communications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define the overall internal communication strategy for the Go-to-Market (GTM) organization to support objectives and initiatives, maximize effectiveness, and avoid information overload for the Sales, Alliances, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategize, author, and execute individual internal GTM communications from GTM leadership, Revenue Enablement, GTM Systems, GTM Compensation, etc. as needed. Ensure that these communications contain the information GTM needs to be effective and can be quickly consumed and referenced.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategize, author, edit, and polish executive-level slides for presentation from the CRO and SLT to the Board, Executive Team, or GTM organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategize, author, and execute updates from the CRO and SLT to the Board via emails and slide decks.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategize, author, and execute a weekly newsletter for all GTM colleagues for non-urgent communications. Collect, edit, and collate topics for this newsletter from CRO and related GTM Teams to ensure the newsletter is informative and effective.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to determine the best timing for internal GTM communications to maximize effectiveness and avoid information overload.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a virtual member of the Corporate Communications team representing Sales to ensure alignment with Corporate Communications initiatives and consistency in messaging & branding.</p> </li></ul> <p>Internal GTM Events</p> <ul> <li> <p>Emcee and manage the agenda, logistics, and technology (in partnership with IT) for GTM All Hands.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Enablement to ensure GTM Presentations and Scripts are completed and aligned with Corporate Communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist GTM Leadership in creating engaging presentations for GTM Town Halls and other internal meetings as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>GTM Leadership Presentation at External Events</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team on behalf of the CRO and SLT to strategize, consolidate, edit, and polish executive-level slides for the CRO and SLT to present at conferences, events, and customer briefings. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of experience in Communications or Marketing, with 3+ years at a B2B software vendor. Experience in managing internal Sales/GTM communications a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong authoring skills for executive-level presentations. Superior PowerPoint skills are a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter with a strong work ethic and high organization skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
