Professional Liability experience a plus. </li><li>Keen knowledge of the Massachusetts P&C marketplace, including competitive intelligence </li><li>Familiarity with the independent agency network serving the state </li><li>Self-motivated and ability to work independently </li><li>Ability to travel regularly within territory </li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills </li><li>Windows Office and other basic computer programs </li><li>A Bachelor's degree is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Salary $105,000-$130,000 USD with a performance base bonus</p> <p>The annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the U.S. and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.</p>
