This role provides a platform for professional growth and skill enhancement. Be part of a team that is results-oriented, with a focus on attention to detail and quality.</p> <p>As an Executive Administrative Assistant within the Chase Auto Private Label Captive Finance team, you will be directly assisting the General Manager of JLR. Your role will involve working harmoniously within a team setting, representing the manager and team with utmost professionalism, and ensuring impeccable work output. Regular interactions with executives from Jaguar Land Rover and JLR retailers, as well as executive-level internal clients across various business lines, will be a part of your daily routine. You will be expected to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to align with and accomplish the team's objectives and goals.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain complex and detailed calendars for the General Manager and senior JLR team leaders </li><li>Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings </li><li>Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and occasionally international travel </li><li>Process invoices and T&E expense claims for team members, ensuring all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines </li><li>Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access </li><li>Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization </li><li>Maintain department documents, including current organizational charts and Executive Bios </li><li>Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delays </li><li>Assist in the editing and formatting of spreadsheets and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage the procurement of JLR branded items, ensuring timely distribution to the team while maintaining brand standards and quality </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting executives at the Managing Director (or equivalent) level </li><li>At least five years of administrative experience </li><li>Advanced ability to organize </li><li>Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management </li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills </li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office </li><li>Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>College degree is a plus </li></ul>
