<p>A mid-sized Architecture firm in Evanston is looking to add a Sr. Architect to their team! This firm primarily focuses on interior build-outs and renovations of existing structures. Travel is expected approximately once per quarter.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Produce construction documents, including details, wall sections, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans </li><li>Develop and contribute to architectural drawings using AutoCAD and tools such as Photoshop and SketchUp </li><li>Collaborate on project delivery, including assisting with project management and overseeing select project components </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is highly preferred </li><li>6-8+ years of experience in architecture </li><li>Bachelor of Architecture </li><li>Experience working on hospitality projects is preferred, but corporate workplace, large retail, or medical/healthcare projects are also transferrable </li><li>Professional licensure is preferred, but candidates actively pursuing licensure or nearing completion of exams are encouraged to apply </li><li>Some managerial skills or experience in project management </li></ul> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evanston, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $48.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
