<p>Job Description:</p> <p>We are currently hiring for 2nd shift. New hires are eligible for a $2,500 sign on bonus.</p> <p>The purpose of this role is to provide shipping and transfer support to the Production Team.</p> <p>This role is also intended to ensure our product is staged Production use, audited, handled, stored, and shipped and readily tracked efficiently while meeting our high quality standards and maintaining targeted customer service levels.</p> <p>What are we looking for?</p> <ul> <li>Highschool graduate and relevant logistics/transportation experience. </li><li>Basic knowledge of Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems. </li><li>Forklift certified. </li></ul> <p>What will be your key responsibilities?</p> <ul> <li>Lead safety & quality in warehouse and shipping operations. </li></ul> <p>Adhere to all Mars Inc/Royal Canin Safety & QFS requirements.</p> <p>Service the Packaging Line</p> <p>Wrap Pallets of Finished Product with Stretch-Wrap Material</p> <p>Stack empty bags for Packaging Line as necessary.</p> <p>Stack broken down cardboard boxes into case erector for Packaging Line as necessary</p> <p>Stage Finished Product in Warehouse and or trailer</p> <p>Prepare Trailer for Loading</p> <p>Load Trailers with Finished Product</p> <p>Unload Production Supplies (Raw material, Packaging, pallets) from Trailers</p> <p>Escalate and Report all issues to Shipping Coordinator, Warehouse Coordinator, Shift Manager and or Flow Manager.</p> <p>Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and control (cycle counts).</p> <p>Verify all required documentation including quality, production, and sanitation records.</p> <p>Ensure all Flow housekeeping tasks are performed and the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) is executed.
