<p>CXI Trucking - Melrose Park, IL</p> <p>Position: Part-Time Evening Office/Billing Clerk</p> <p>Employment Type: Part-Time</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (hours may vary)</p> <p>Pay: $20.50/hour</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 1 year of billing/auditing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of freight billing practices preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Effective time management and ability to multi-task</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in answering phones, routing calls, and handling emails</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with office equipment (copy/fax machines, computers, email systems)</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Check in drivers and verify accuracy of Bills of Lading (BOL) and Proof of Delivery (POD)</p> </li><li> <p>Answer phones, route calls, take messages, and respond to emails</p> </li><li> <p>Review BOLs for partner carriers and distribute to billing clerk</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all PODs are accounted for by matching with driver manifests</p> </li><li> <p>Process COD shipments, including handling checks and cash</p> </li><li> <p>Enter carrier information into Cheetah Service Desk</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Dispatch and Dock Supervisors</p> </li><li> <p>Collect end-of-month mileage sheets from drivers and issue new ones</p> </li><li> <p>Scan and index BOLs and PODs</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other office duties as directed by management</p> </li></ul> <p>Location: CXI Trucking, Melrose Park, IL</p>
