<p>Job Title: Entry level Bridge Inspector</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join our dynamic team as an entry level Engineering Bridge Inspector specializing in infrastructure inspection, including highway signs, culverts, and bridges. This role involves working on long-term contracts with opportunities for growth and leadership within the inspection team.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct thorough inspections of infrastructure projects, focusing on highway signs, culverts, and bridges. </li><li>Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with CDOT and FHWA standards. </li><li>Perform in-service bridge inspections, utilizing knowledge of bridge engineering and construction. </li><li>Maintain detailed inspection records and reports for ongoing projects. </li><li>Travel locally within Colorado to remote areas for inspection assignments, ensuring timely completion of tasks. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. </li><li>EIT certification in Civil Engineering. </li><li>Entry level no experience required open to new grads </li><li>Passion for bridges and good with field work </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with infrastructure highway signage and culverts. </li><li>SPRAAT climbing certification a plus </li><li>Willingness to obtain additional certifications relevant to bridge inspection. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position involves both office and onsite work, with travel required. The role includes working closely with a small team conducting bridge inspections across rural areas in Colorado. Office hours are typically no more than 40 hours per week, providing a balanced work environment with opportunities for overtime and relocation assistance.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $50.48/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
