<p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 120 properties (single-family and multifamily market-rate communities), each ranging from 3-12 units. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.</p> <p>The Property Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tenant communication, issue resolution, leasing vacant units, and helping to maintain high occupancy rates. The role will involve traveling between multiple properties and working alongside a small office team.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with tenants regarding day-to-day concerns and maintenance issues </li><li>Lease and market vacant units </li><li>Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs </li><li>Coordinate basic maintenance and repairs </li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with residents </li><li>Travel between assigned properties (candidate must be comfortable with regular driving) </li><li>Utilize AppFolio property management software for documentation and tenant communication </li><li>Work closely with a team of 3-4 office staff members </li><li>Support general property operations without heavy budgeting responsibilities </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in property management or residential leasing preferred </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment </li><li>Proficient with property management software (AppFolio experience a plus) </li><li>Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple sites </li></ul>
