At Audio Enhancement, we're looking for "lifers"-members of our Audio Enhancement family who believe in our mission, share our passion, and want to spend their careers making a difference in education.</p> <p>We are currently seeking a full-time Accounting Associate (Order Processing) for our West Jordan, UT location.</p> <p>This role oversees the ultimate approval of all abacus expenses, collaborating with card users and managers for prompt and accurate submissions. Additionally, it involves assisting in exporting and loading reports into SAP.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities Receive and save customer purchase orders (POs) in an organized and timely manner. Distribute POs to appropriate internal departments for processing. Verify customer tax-exempt status and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Review internal orders for accuracy against customer POs. Collaborate with the Sales team to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information. Monitor open service items and follow up to ensure timely invoicing. Assist with customer invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support Accounts Receivable tasks as needed. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work. Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage tasks accordingly.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. </li><li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
