<p>Job Description</p> <p>Manages portfolio of active and prospective donors from direct mail and grateful patient programs, e-philanthropy, fundraising and stewardship events, and outpatient/inpatient lists. Assists in the planning and development of programmatic directions and goals. Partners with the leadership to build major gifts pipeline and to fulfill goals and objectives.</p> <p>Job Responsibility</p> <ul> <li>Participates in the development of long and short-term strategic plans in conjunction with the leadership to build donor pipeline. </li><li>Identifies, qualifies, cultivates, manages, solicits and stewards active portfolio of donors and prospects with gift capabilities. </li><li>Collaborates with Major Gifts team, identifies and transitions donors. </li><li>Works in conjunction with internal and external teams, to identify and implement strategies for potential donors from annual fund programs, fundraising events and cold prospect lists. </li><li>Collaborates with the leadership to develop and implement an inpatient/outpatient prospecting initiative, including direct mail and cold calls to potential donors. </li><li>Participates in stewardship and fundraising events. </li><li>Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualification</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. </li><li>10+ years of relevant experience and 2+ years of leadership / management experience, required. </li><li>Additional Salary Detail </li></ul> <p>The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).</p>
