Click here for more information on compensation for these roles. </li><li>In addition to competitive compensation, DPS has other Total Reward offerings such as; time off, health and wellness benefits, and PERA Retirement. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborates with teaching and administrative staff in the management, development, and analysis of District-supported assessments </li><li>Assumes a lead role in the administration of assessments as well as all technology-based curricula </li><li>Assists school leadership in the development or modification of assessment reports </li><li>Conducts analyses of assessment results </li><li>Develops and provides training and staff development in the areas of assessment administration, ethical assessment practices, and the use of assessment information for instructional improvement, including Transitional Colorado Assessment Program (TCAP) </li><li>Works with teachers and paraprofessional staff to provide support and professional development in the areas of assessment literacy, using the District's online systems to deliver instruction, assessments, and results electronically </li><li>Provides instructional support for Advanced Placement Psychology class using APEX curriculum </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences or related field </li><li>2+ years Experience analyzing and interpreting assessment data, including item analysis </li><li>Demonstrated experience creating and delivering presentations to teachers, administrators, or other adults </li><li>K - 12 or higher education teaching experience preferred </li><li>Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education. </li><li>Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us. </li><li>Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position. </li></ul> <p>Denver Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender expression, and sexual orientation), parental status, national origin, age, disability, genetic information (including family medical history), political affiliation, military service, or any other status protected by law or regulations.
