<p>Red Hawk Golf and Resort is hiring for PT Swim Instructors for our Summer Season (approximate dates 5/15-9/30). The Swim Instructor is responsible for providing consistent, quality private swim instruction.</p> <p>Apply today to join our team at Red Hawk Golf and Resort for the Summer! All employees receive FREE GOLF along with many other employee discounts.</p> <p>$18+ per hour DOE</p> <p>Key Responsibilities of the Swim Lesson Instructor:</p> <ul> <li>Provide quality swim instruction to early swimmers in a private appointment only setting. </li><li>Establish clear objectives and goals based on participant ability and maintain a supportive and positive environment. </li><li>Adhere to swim and pool safety standards. </li><li>Effectively communicates with students, parents, and managers. </li><li>Follow pool rules and directions from Lifeguard. </li><li>Supervise and observe swimmers at all times to ensure their safety. </li><li>Create a fun and safe environment for early swimmers. </li><li>Communicate with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement. </li><li>Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager. </li><li>Regular and reliable attendance required. </li><li>Performs other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications of the Swim Instructor:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>CPR, First Aid. </li><li>Experience required. </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>WSI certification preferred. </li><li>Must love working with children. </li></ul>
