<p>Saturday Academy Teacher</p> <p>2024-2025</p> <p>The Saturday Academy Teacher reports to the Saturday Academy Supervisor</p> <p>Expectation of Employee</p> <ul> <li> <p>Advocate for the well-being of all CCSP's students.</p> </li><li> <p>Adheres to CCSP's Policies and Procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Acts as a role model within and outside of CCSP.</p> </li><li> <p>Understands and supports the mission, vision, goals, and values of CCSP.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate regularly with the supervisor about program issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs duties as workload necessitates.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.</p> </li><li> <p>Consistently reports to work on time and prepared to perform duties of the position.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate as a high-functioning, school-based team member.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to make significant contributions to an effective school/community partnership.</p> </li><li> <p>Analyzing student assessment data and assisting with the development of curriculum.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement a curriculum aligned with the CORE STANDARDS.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities & Outcomes</p> <ul> <li> <p>Utilize data from CCSP's student assessments to drive instruction and intervention.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the development of lesson plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver academic lesson plans as intended to identified students.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead in classroom management while implementing activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Support program administrative requirements, including student attendance, surveys, forms, and lesson plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Attend all professional development, team planning, and data analysis meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Support all special education-related services during the program, including Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>NJDOE Standard Teaching Certificate </li></ul> <p>The Community Charter School of Paterson is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>Saturdays</p> <p>8:30 am - 1:00 pm</p>
