<p>Job Description</p> <p>Maintenance Training Grade III - Carthage, MO</p> <p>ADM Milling</p> <p>This is a full-time, hourly position.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The role of Maintenance III is responsible for the following duties:</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform scheduled maintenance inspections and lubrication on plant equipment </li><li>Record lubricant quantities applied, and other data as required </li><li>Document inspection and service activity as required </li><li>Repair and replace equipment as needed </li><li>Electrical, Mechanical and Steam Systems Troubleshooting </li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor </li><li>Perform cutting, welding, and fabrication when needed </li><li>Availability to work overtime as needed daily </li><li>Mandatory availability to work rotating 24-hour emergency call-in and rotating weekend shift </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Characteristics:</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license and transportation required </li><li>Strong Mechanical Aptitude </li><li>Values Organization and Cleanliness </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with plant management, plant personnel, and vendors </li><li>Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English </li><li>Ability and willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities </li><li>Demonstrated ability to comply with company/facility policies and procedures </li><li>Ability to work from elevated areas utilizing fall protection equipment as required </li><li>Demonstrated understanding of failure modes and ability to assess equipment condition, identify defects and make repair recommendations </li></ul> <p>ADVANCEMENT:</p> <p>Qualified Person will advance from Maintenance training grade 3 through Maintenance A as qualifications are met and approved by the Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Manager.</p> <p>ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.</p> <p>REF: 93568BR</p>
