Audit, edit, and submit for approval all weekly timecards in Kronos. Print, fold, and distribute paychecks. Handle all Payroll issues with the Corporate Payroll Department. </li><li>Keep insurance certificates on file and up to date. </li><li>Reconcile invoices with receipts for raw materials. </li><li>Follows up on all Unreceived Freight and Materials with vendors as well as those that are Received, but not yet invoiced. </li><li>Accounts Payable - enter receipts and releases for invoices. Obtain approvals when required. </li><li>Tracks Vendor Statements and obtains and researches any outstanding invoices. </li><li>Performs a wide variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to setting up meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and distributing notes/minutes appropriately. </li><li>Coordinate purchases such as consumables, meals, office supplies and promotional materials as needed. </li><li>Plans events as needed for all activities and sustainability initiatives. </li><li>Update Monthly Plant reports. </li><li>Performs additional accounting responsibilities as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Skill the candidate of this position must have are:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree in accounting preferred or emphasis on accounting/bookkeeping </li><li>2-4 years general accounting experience </li><li>Kronos Timekeeping knowledge preferred </li><li>Knowledge of Oracle Financial System is a plus </li><li>Proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to conveying accurate and appropriate information </li></ul> <p>Buzzi Unicem USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
