<p>The 1st shift Assembly Operator will be responsible for operating an automated machine that assembles individual components into a completed assembly. The Assembly Operator will be required to use tools such as rulers and calipers, as well as lift heavy boxes and reels of tubing. The operator will also be responsible for changing machine configurations based on the jobs that are needed to be ran, as well as training new Assembly Operator. Frequent tasks involve climbing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting 10-50 lbs.</p> <p>Hours are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:15PM</p> <p>Daily pay offered upon hire!</p> <p>Education/Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED </li><li>Previous experience in a production manufacturing setting preferred </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Uses Mattec to track job progress </li><li>Uses a scale properly to weigh parts </li><li>Uses a ruler and calipers to measure parts </li><li>Inspects the quality of parts produced </li><li>Performs changeovers after a job is completed </li><li>Changes parts out of the machines as necessary </li><li>Follows appropriate safety policies and procedures of RDI as well as community and regulatory instruction.
