<p>Why do you want to work as a National Customer Account Coordinator with QRS Shops?</p> <p>We offer competitive wages and employee benefits including the following amazing benefits to our employees:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay- $24-$28 / hourly </li><li>Employee benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision plans, Flexible Spending Accounts </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off/ Holiday Schedule </li><li>Matching 401K </li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan with CSX </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as the main point of contact for key customers across multiple maintenance shops.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate and schedule repairs with shop managers to minimize customer downtime.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve service issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records of service requests, updates, and customer interactions in Salesforce.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure consistent service standards and effective communication across all locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Support coordinators and billers as needed to resolve issues timely and accurately.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify recurring customer concerns and report trends to management to improve service quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with trade show planning, setup, and scheduling, ensuring company representation and operational support at national events.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications / Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in customer service, ideally supporting key accounts or multi-location operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Salesforce (or other CRM systems) to track service requests, customer interactions, and follow-ups.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and multitasking skills to coordinate multiple repairs and customer accounts simultaneously.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for data entry, reporting, and documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to provide timely updates and resolve service issues professionally.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of basic truck and trailer maintenance terminology and repair processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively with shop managers, technicians, and internal teams nationwide.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; able to escalate issues when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with billing and service documentation preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible and adaptable to support national accounts across multiple time zones.</p> </li><li> <p>This position requires limited travel, typically on an as-needed basis, to visit maintenance shops, meet with customers, or support operational initiatives.</p> </li></ul> <p>Quality Carriers, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
