As an Associate Sales Representative, you will immerse yourself in the roofing industry, driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires travel to support various market locations and is perfect for proactive individuals with strong communication skills, a hunger for learning, and a keen interest in construction sales. We are certified with the top manufacturers in the industry, and recently won Contractor Of the Year (nationwide) and Best Places to Work in Indy 2024.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Learning & Development: Participate in training programs to gain in-depth knowledge of roofing systems and sales techniques. </li><li>Customer Engagement: Meet with potential clients to assess their roofing needs, present solutions, and explain the benefits of company products and services.
