Typical project scope includes robotic systems, material delivery and recovery systems, large enclosures, and significant environmental systems such as dust collectors and temperature/humidity control (HVAC) units. You will work as part of a high-performing team that includes drafters, design engineers, and controls engineers.</p> <p>Leadership responsibilities include scope, schedule, and quality accountability. Additional duties include producing schematic designs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), overseeing all design activities required for each project, and providing technical guidance to design engineering and drafting teams. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute at every level-leading engineers, performing 3D modeling/drafting tasks, and supporting field work when needed.</p> <p>Project Engineers are also expected to contribute as subject matter experts in their areas of competence and to drive improvement initiatives that enhance existing products or project execution processes. A strong structural background is preferred, along with familiarity with HVAC systems and large capital industrial projects.
