<p>Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst in Wilton, CT</p> <p>Day to Day Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts, (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.) </li><li>Perform detailed account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury-related accounts </li><li>Prepare budget to actual variance analysis, supplying detailed "drill down" management reports </li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy </li><li>Assist with an ERP software data integration and "go live" process </li><li>Support process controls and efficiency initiatives </li><li>Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance </li><li>Assist with audit preparation and provide support to external auditors* Bachelor's degree in Accounting </li><li>4+ years of accounting experience </li><li>Management reporting, and multi-entity reconciliation experience </li><li>ERP software exposure, and Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.) </li></ul>
