<p>Team Overview: We are responsible for building one of the lowest layers of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure stack: Virtual Machines. The Virtual Machine Data Plane team is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the virtualization stack that supports running customer virtual machines. Our hypervisors run across different CPU architectures and virtualize underlying hardware capabilities like CPU, GPU, NVMe with near-bare metal performance. We are continually pushing the boundaries of virtualization technology to achieve our mission of offering customers highly-performant, always-available, and elastic virtual machines.</p> <p>Role Summary: As a Member of Technical Staff, you will be responsible for leading software development efforts for significant features in Oracle Compute's service offerings. The role requires a blend of hands-on engineering expertise and leadership skills, focusing on building and operating large-scale, highly available cloud services.
